You have access to my personal appointment book with available times for your desired service at a glance. Schedule from any internet connection. You can attach a note to your appointment, and if the time you want is booked, simply add your name with a note to my online waiting list.
You will receive an e-mail immediately after scheduling to confirm your appointment. You will receive a reminder e-mail 3 days before your appointment. Your e-mail information is secure and password protected, so you don't have to worry about unwanted spam mail.
I recommend clients make their first appointment online. This way you can view your appointment information anytime, from any internet connection. Having your e-mail in my system will provide you with appointment confirmations and appointment reminders. This site is secure. Directions for Scheduling Online
1. First, if you have a pop-up blocker, set your browser to allow pop-ups from this site. This is necessary for Appointment-Plus to function properly. Your browser will remember this setting next time you schedule. (Click here for more on pop-up blockers).
2. Click the Schedule 24 Seven box (top right) to launch Appointment-Plus.
3. Registration is required only the first time you use the system. Your information is secure and password-protected. If you forget your username and password at a later time, you can have it e-mailed to you.
4. Select a service; select a date; and choose from the open times available for your chosen service. Confirm your selection, and you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail.

When you don't have access to the internet, 276-9194 is my call center number for 24/7 appointments; to reach me during business hours; or to leave a message for me. The Signius operator (in Santa Rosa) has call-center access to my online calendar. This means that he or she can register you online (if you are not already registered), schedule, cancel, or change your appointment. If you need to speak to me directly during normal hours, the Signius operator will patch you through to my cell phone immediately upon request. If I can't pick up, please leave a message on my cell phone or ask the Signius operator to relay the message, and I will get back to you promptly.
